PHASE 1 - THE BEFORE
THE CLIENT BRIEF
Rich & Tristan live in a beautiful home in the much sought after Danforth area and finally wanted to make it their own with some renovations and new furniture.
IDX. was first approached by their contractor to create a design plan for the primary en suite - which had a couple quirks.
First it was door less to the bedroom and second in order to get to the walk-in closet, you had to actually walk through the en suite.
Thus, we are also asked to create a custom built-in to replace the walk in closet we would be demolishing to create a larger en suite.
Another part of our scope was to refresh the main floor powder room, finishes for the kitchen and to decorate the dining and living room.
The clients really wanted a impactful pop of colour as an accent wall in the living room, as well as a large scale sectional for entertaining.
