THE CLIENT BRIEF

Grace and Lou have a beautiful home nestled in Woodbridge, which houses their multigenerational family.

Grace has a very cool and interesting style, she even listed Gothic as a personal favourite styles during the in-take process.

She is really into Halloween and interesting items that you wouldn't see just anywhere, and she has truly done an awesome job of collecting little things for the space.

They currently have a classic, builder special gas fireplaces that they want to update in order to modernize the space.

The kids love to play video games and so proper storage, allowing the consoles and all the accessories that go along with that hobby to be hidden, yet still functional.

There is no ceiling light in the space, however there is an unused junction above the mantel, which means that a couple lighting scenes need to be created for the space.

There is actually an opening in the wall so the living room is totally visible from their previously renovated kitchen. One cool detail about their kitchen is that it has grey cabinetry with punches of walnut so we really want to pull this into the living room so everything is cohesive!
