THE CLIENT BRIEF
The Churchill project was sparked when Darlene and her family purchased the home with the intention of converting it into an income property.

With its overall size in the realm of 4000sf being used as a single family home, it boasts enough space to comfortably be converted into three units, each which would meet all legal requirements for a rental in Toronto.
Since each unit will be a rental, the finishes need to be timeless, appease a wide variety of styles, yet be as durable as possible to minimize landlord maintenance and repairs - which let's the family keep the highest percentage of the rental income.
