THE CLIENT BRIEF
IDX. was approached by a prominent real estates agent to help develop a townhouse complex in order to assist with the sale of the 3 plots of land.
Their key demographic would be developers, thus showing the potential these lots offered within the bylaws of the area.
IDX. needs to create a design that would be both lucrative for the buyer/developer and inspire the future of the plots, all the while showing what's possible and aiding the agent in the promotion and sale of the plot
