Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, trades for preliminary quotes, samples, timelines, etc.
Render the concept and prep for client presentation
Revisions

Produce Construction Documents, then brief the Contractor & Trades
Collaborate with Contractor & Engineer periodically to satisfy 'Change Orders' or resolve execution obstacles
Purchasing all finish materials, appliances, furniture, decor, etc.
Managing all orders, logistics and deliveries, inventory, inspections, exchanges, cancellations + refunds
Bookkeeping and timeline adjustments
Preparations for Furniture installation day

Assemble, place, mount all furniture & art
Stage the house including steaming, cleaning, placing, fluffing all pieces so house is prepped for move in
Select and collect complimenting decor and accents pieces to finish the spaces
Tour & Reveal the home with clients, bring attention to new features or usage
Develop a Punch List/Scope of Work for client to call Contractor regarding final touches
Project Debrief Paperwork including all manuals, instructions, warranties, care instructions, etc.
